Introduction

Hey there. Welcome back to Season 2 of The Seasoned Entrepreneur Podcast!

As my daughter, Stephanie, would say, “Did you miss me?”

I am so excited to be back behind the mic for Season 2. Season 1 was all about mindset, visibility, and laying the foundation. But this season? We’re shifting gears into execution and expansion.

Because we’re not just talking about ideas — we’re implementing them. We’re not waiting for the perfect time — we’re creating momentum right where we are.

And what better way to start than with a focus on finishing the year strong.

Y’all — the 4th quarter is here. It’s the final stretch of the year, and how you show up now can set the tone for your success next year.

So today, we’re diving into three key areas every entrepreneur should focus on right now if you want to close out the year strong:

  1. Your Black Friday Offer

  2. Your Content Strategy

  3. Your Business Backend

So grab your notebook — or open that Notes app — and let’s get into it.

Your Black Friday Offer

Let’s start with number one: Your Black Friday Offer.

Now, when most people hear “Black Friday,” they think of big-box retailers, crowded stores, and 3 AM lines. But I want you to shift how you see it.

Black Friday isn’t just for Walmart and Best Buy. It’s your opportunity — as a coach, author, or entrepreneur — to position something irresistible in front of your audience and bring in a cash infusion before the year ends.

Think of it like this: Black Friday is the one time of year when everyone is in buying mode. Your audience is already expecting deals, bundles, and special offers — so why not be part of that conversation?

Now, your Black Friday offer doesn’t have to be a deep discount or a massive sale. It could be a:

  • Bundle of existing products or courses.

  • Flash offer with a bonus for a limited time.

  • Mini workshop or challenge that leads into your higher-ticket offer.

  • Or even a pay-in-full incentive for your coaching program.

For example, if you have a signature course or coaching package, you could offer a “Fast Action Bonus” — maybe an extra one-on-one session or an exclusive resource for anyone who joins before Cyber Monday.

The key is to create urgency without devaluing your offer.

And here’s something I teach my clients all the time: You don’t always have to create something new. Sometimes your best Black Friday offer is simply repurposing what you already have — packaging it differently, giving it a new name, or adding a short-term bonus.

So here’s your action step for this area:
Take 30 minutes this week to brainstorm your Black Friday offer. Ask yourself:

  • What’s something I already have that could be repackaged or promoted?

  • What result can I help people achieve quickly before the year ends?

  • How can I make this offer irresistible — whether that’s through bonuses, scarcity, or transformation?

When you plan this now — early in Q4 — you’ll be ready to promote confidently without the last-minute scramble.

Your Content Strategy

Number two: Your Content Strategy.

If I could give every entrepreneur one piece of advice for Q4, it would be this — Consistency is visibility.

You cannot grow your audience or stay top of mind if you’re posting only when inspiration strikes.

Now, that doesn’t mean you have to post every day or spend hours creating videos. It means having a plan — a simple strategy that keeps you visible, relevant, and connected to your audience.

So, what should your Q4 content focus on?

Here are three pillars you can use:

  1. Educate: Share quick tips, insights, or strategies that help your audience solve a small problem. Position yourself as the expert.

  2. Engage: Post content that starts conversations — questions, polls, or relatable stories. People buy from people they feel connected to.

  3. Convert: Share client wins, testimonials, or calls to action that guide people toward your offers.

And here’s the secret — you can repurpose content across platforms.
One short video can become:

  • A LinkedIn post

  • A Facebook caption

  • A YouTube Short

  • And a quote graphic for Instagram.

For those of you who struggle with consistency, I want you to take the pressure off. Your goal isn’t perfection — it’s presence.

Even showing up 2–3 times a week with clear, valuable content can completely shift your visibility.

If you use tools like ChatGPT (and you know I love my AI tools), you can brainstorm content ideas, write captions, and plan 30 days of posts in an hour.

So your action steps here:
Choose your core platforms and commit to a simple schedule you can keep.
Then, plan your next 2–3 weeks of content around your Black Friday offer.

Remember: if you’re not talking about it, your audience doesn’t know it exists.

Your Business Backend

Number three: Your Business Backend.

This is the part most entrepreneurs avoid — but it’s the foundation of your business success.

When I say “backend,” I’m talking about your systems — your funnels, website, automations, and client experience.

Ask yourself:

  • Are my landing pages working properly?

  • Is my email list segmented and updated?

  • Do I have automations in place to follow up with leads or clients?

  • Is my checkout process smooth and professional?

Because here’s the thing — a broken backend can cost you real money.

If someone clicks your link and the page doesn’t load, or if your checkout form errors out, that’s not just a tech glitch — that’s a missed sale.

And with the holiday rush coming, you want to make sure your systems can handle new traffic and new clients.

Now, you all know I’m a fan of Digital Mastery CRM — my all-in-one system for managing funnels, email, and automation. Whether you use that or another platform, the goal is the same: create a business that works for you — not one that wears you out.

Your action step here:
Set aside one day this month to do a “Business Backend Audit.”

Go through your website, landing pages, checkout forms, and automations. Make a list of what’s working, what’s outdated, and what needs fixing before your next promotion.

Because when your backend is strong, you can scale with confidence.

Wrap-Up

Alright, let’s recap.

If you want to finish this year strong, here are the three areas to focus on:

  1. Your Black Friday Offer — create or repurpose something irresistible that brings in cash before the year ends.

  2. Your Content Strategy — stay consistent and visible with content that educates, engages, and converts.

  3. Your Business Backend — fix what’s broken, streamline your systems, and make sure your business can run smoothly during the busy season.

Now, I want to leave you with this thought:
The final quarter isn’t just about working harder — it’s about working smarter.
When you focus on these three areas, you’re not just preparing for a strong finish — you’re building a foundation for an even stronger start next year.

So tell me — which of these are you tackling first?

I’d love to hear from you!
